Graduate Trainee(Shanghai)
Objective：
To gain an understanding of the business while contributing to the growth and development of the firm and
integrate into the Jones Lang LaSalle organizational system, culture and values.
Job Role
You will have the opportunity to undergo training in different departments of Jones Lang LaSalle through
which you will receive broad exposure to key real estate disciplines, and learn and apply the basic
business and interpersonal skills that are critical right through your career. Through possible overseas
postings, you will gain a more in-depth understanding of the key operations of the Firm, and develop
enduring client relationships internally and externally. This will prove indispensable as you advance
towards more senior appointments.
Your development will begin with an intensive induction programme to help you integrate quickly and
effectively with your team. You will move seats at least twice during your two-year training period to
ensure your achieve the right balance of experience to qualify as a professional in Real Estate Industry.
Upon qualification, we will continue to support your development through our in-house personal development
programme and bespoke development programme available in Asia Pacific Region.
